Last week, Alix Townsend of Lancashire, England was going on a trip to Mallorca, Spain with 18 friends for a birthday party. Since she was going on a beach trip, the 18-year-old thought wearing cutoff jean shorts was appropriate attire. However, the airline told her they were, quote, "cut extremely high and her [butt] cheeks were visible," and she had to change.
But when they said change, they didn't mean in the ladies room. Townsend told the Daily Mail that a Monarch airline supervisor wouldn't let her leave the gate ... so she had to strip them off in front of everyone. Now she's thinking about filing a legal complaint.
