With the help of America In Recovery, Frederick seized the "second chance" they gave him to turn his life around. But crucially, he is the one who went looking for this opportunity after being convicted for a couple of non-violent, petty crimes. Now an ex-con, he lives with the difficult challenge of earning a living in a society which does not like to employ ex-cons. Debbie is on hand to explain how her Org helps people like Frederick meet with employers who are willing to hire ex-cons and how they are actively looking for more.
